Charlee Hodgson is a valued member of the Professionals Elizabeth team, serving as both Assistant Asset Manager and Marketing Associate. With a strong focus on supporting the Asset Management department, Charlee plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of rental property management. 

In her role as Assistant Asset Manager, Charlee provides essential support to both the team and its clients. She works closely with the Asset Managers to assist with routine inspections, coordinate maintenance, and liaise with tenants, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Charlee's keen attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive approach make her a reliable and trusted point of contact for landlords and tenants.

Charlee's contribution helps to streamline operations, allowing the wider team to deliver a higher level of service and care. Her understanding of property management processes continues to grow, as does her commitment to supporting clients with professionalism and a personal touch. 

In addition to her property management responsibilities, Charlee also leads the creative direction of the office's marketing efforts. From managing social media platforms and producing property campaigns to creating engaging content that captures attention, Charlee brings energy and creativity to every listing. Her eye for design and storytelling enhances the visibility and appeal of each property. 

Outside of work, Charlee is a passionate dirt kart racer and enjoys river adventures during the summer. Her drive, enthusiasm, and love for challenge translate seamlessly into her professional life, where she continues to build strong relationships and develop her skills within the real estate industry.
